MACA Museum is a contemporary art museum housed within an elegant 19th century historic building located in the heart of Copenhagen’s Nyhavn waterfront, only a few steps from restaurants, bars, harbour boat tours and the original home of Hans Christian Andersen.

MACA museum regularly displays works by the greatest artists of the 20th and 21st centuries - including Andy Warhol, Banksy, RETNA, KAWS, Damien Hirst, Takashi Murakami and many more.

A short walk from MACA Museum are Amalienborg Palace, official residence of the Danish Royal Family where HM King Frederick X, HM Queen Mary and HM Queen Margrethe reside during the autumn and winter; and the magnificent Frederikskirken 'Marmorkirken', or The Marble Church.

Payment of tickets can also be made at the museum reception on the day of your visit, however booking in advance is advised.

All MACA Museum visitors will have free access to the MACA Museum STQRY app for tour guides and information in most European and Asian languages.

Students must present a valid student card.
